Panasonic Lumix 12-35mm and 35-100mm Firmware Updates

Panasonic has announced upcoming firmware updates for its Lumix G X Vario 12-35mm f/2.8 Power O.I.S. and 35-100mm f/2.8 Power O.I.S. Micro Four Thirds lenses. The firmware upgrade will enhance auto focus performance on the Panasonic GH3, with the camera set to 240fps recording. You will be able to download the updates in the middle of December, 2012.

Panasonic announces the new firmware update program for the digital interchangeable lens LUMIX G X VARIO 12-35mm / F2.8 ASPH. / POWER O.I.S. (H-HS12035) and LUMIX G X VARIO 35-100mm / F2.8 / POWER O.I.S. (H-HS35100) of LUMIX G. The firmware will be released to enhance the AF (auto focus) performance with the sensor drive at 240 fps for use with DMC-GH3.
The new firmware programs are scheduled to be released at the Panasonic LUMIX Support Site at http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/dsc/ in the middle of December, 2012.
